Would you like to write for the Chronicle?

A few events are coming up this spring, and if you will be attending any of them, why not share what occurred with members who missed them?  If you’re not a writer, and would prefer to take pictures instead, please send them along to me.   You would need to send a list of file names for each photo to identify the event and, as best you can, the folks in the photos.   Make sure you get their permission before snapping away.  I’m looking for writers and photographers for these events: Read more>>>

Are you doing medical research? Do you need to track down an article, consult a book, talk to a librarian? The public can search the National Network/Libraries of Medicine members directory to find a library by location or desired service.

Patient Safety Resource Seminar: Librarians on the Front Lines

Join us at Scott Memorial Library, Thomas Jefferson University, for a seminar on Patient Safety. This interactive seminar will be conducted by Arpita Bose of the MAR. You will learn how librarians can play an active role in Patient Safety activities in the workplace. Attendees will earn 2.5 MLA CE credits. Space is limited for this free event.
