Registration is now open for the first of three presentations in our Career Management Series on June 4th at West Chester University (registration begins at 5.00 pm). Dinner will be provided.

If it’s been more than a few years since you last looked for a new job, learn how the job market has changed. The good news about the Internet is that it is easier than ever to find out about job opportunities; the bad news about the Internet is that everyone else finds these job openings too! Find out how to maximize your effectiveness and establish your competitive edge in the new channels that are available. Increase your knowledge of what hiring organizations are looking for in today’s job candidates.

Effective Networking at Conferences and Meetings

The role of networking in career transitions has never been more critical than now. Learn tips and techniques that you can apply at the SLA Conference or other meetings for building your professional network as a foundation of your career management strategy.
