The South Central Chapter of the Medical Library Association offers a free series of online courses on mobile technologies entitled “Get Mobilized“. MLA continuing education credit is available.

MLA/AAHSL Oppose Research Works Act

MLA/AAHSL sent a letter to the Chair and Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform opposing “The Research Works Act”, H.R. 3699 which would overturn the NIH public access policy and prohibit other federal agencies from establishing similar policies.
