I attended the morning Pubmed Clinics session. Arpita Bose was the presenter. She was very informative and held my attention throughout the presentation. I was able to gain new insight into the redesigned Pubmed interface and gain a new respect for the indexers at NLM/NCBI. If NNLM decided to offer an indexing course for librarians I would certainly attend. The 3 hours seemed to fly by. I wish there was more time to cover more in depth search topics and complete the My NCBI exercises. Thank you to Arpita Bose, Jeanette deRichmond, Steve Bogel and DUCOM for sponsoring and hosting this event.
Overall I give this course 2 thumbs up and an A+.

Jen reports that the morning session on PubMed is full; she's accepting people for the waiting list. The afternoon session on consumer health databases still has some spots remaining. This would be a great session for public librarians. Email Jen to register.
