Can I get a copy of the poster? I couldn’t print from the link above.
I want it for the OPL archives at the University of Illinois.
Thanks.
Thanks for asking, Judith. I’ll pass on your request to Rebecca.
Anne Seymour tells me that Carlos Rodriguez was the lead author of the poster, “To IRB or Not to IRB: Librarian perceptions and the realities of involvement with Institutional Review Boards.” Co-authors were Frank Campbell, Melanie Cedrone, Patricia Heller, Varvara Kountouzi, Gretchen Kuntz, Mary McCann, Sherry Morgan, and Anne Seymour. The poster is viewable at http://www.posterexperience.com/poster.php?id=116. I had similar experiences when I sat on the IRBs at Doylestown Hospital and the Abramson Center for Jewish Life. It certainly is a mixed bag.
Carlos, et al.’s poster was blogged about on the official MLA 2009 Blog: http://npc.mlanet.org/mla09/?p=859
