Foundations of Bioinformatics and Searching (8 MLA CEs)

UPDATE: The November session in Philadelphia is sold out. Please consider attending the April session in Buffalo. Travel scholarships are available.

The Middle Atlantic Region (MAR) of NN/LM is pleased to announce a one day “Foundations of Bioinformatics and Searching” workshop for MAR medical, clinical, hospital, public/consumer health librarians and their managers/administrators/directors. MAR science, engineering and physical sciences librarians working to provide bioinformatics services related to biomedical and preclinical research efforts will also be considered.

The workshop is offered for 8 MLA CE credits.

Come for the morning CE class, “Geeks Bearing Gifts”. In tech time it’s been ages since Gregg last taught this for our chapter so if you attended in November 2008 it’s time for an update! Both events are FREE to members; the reception is $10 for non-members.
